What to Bring With You

Booking a Viewing

Full UK driving licence

If you are purchasing on behalf of a Company you will need:

Full UK driving licence
2 proofs of address - utility bills or bank statements
Certificate of Incorporation (making sure it has the company registration details)
Company VAT number
The Company's accountant's details
The Ltd company's bank details

Applying & Confirming Finance

A valid UK photo driving licence or your current passport
Two original documents providing your current address dated within the last three months, for example bank statement, council tax statement or any other utility bill.
If you have outstanding finance, you’ll need to bring proof of settlement.

Please Note: We do not accept mobile phone bills as proof of address.
