At Cargiant we celebrate those members of the Cargiant team that have demonstrated a consistently high standard of customer care.
The Cargiant Customer Care Awards, a monthly award scheme, aim to recognise and celebrate individuals from our team that have consistently gone that extra mile for our customers.
The winning shortlist is compiled by you, our customers, from the daily Customer Service Survey results.
At the end of the month the shortlist is voted on by their supervisors, managers and departments heads to bring you five monthly winners:
